2023 New Year’s Resolutions for Each PLL Team

Archers LC: Find a Faceoff Man

The Archers’ Achilles heel during the last few years has been at the stripe. They won a league-low 38 percent last year and have yet to have a season above 50 percent in their history. Last year, rookie Justin Inacio from Ohio State showed promise when he was playing, but he unfortunately tore his ACL and will be out for the season.

If the Archers were going to be looking for a FOGO, this would be the right draft to get one. The 2023 PLL College Draft class will include Zach Cole from St. Joe’s, Mike Sisselberger from Lehigh and Petey LaSalla from Virginia. All three of these faceoff athletes are extremely talented and I think they will all do very well at the next level. If I’m Coach Chris Bates and the Archers, I’d target one of those three players with the fifth pick and solidify the faceoff position in 2023.
