Major League Lacrosse releases 2020 season rosters

Today, Major League Lacrosse released the 25-man rosters for each of its six teams participating in its 20th anniversary season. Should a member of the 25-man roster test positive for COVID-19, the team may activate one of their five reserve players.

The most notable names not playing in the MLL’s one-week season are Kevin Crowley, who the Philadelphia Barrage traded their third overall pick in the 2020 MLL College Draft for this offseason, and Steele Stanwick, 2019 MLL Championship weekend MVP who scored the game-winner in the semi-finals and game-tying goal in the Chesapeake Bayhawks’ 2019 Championship win.

Other notable absences in addition to Crowley and Stanwick are Boston’s 4th overall pick Nick Mellen, James Fahey III and Kyle Denhoff; Chesapeake’s Matt Abbott and Niko Amato, Connecticut’s Shawn Evans and Drew Schantz; and Denver’s Miles Silva.

Which roster do you think is in the best shape for the 2020 season?
