Nick Marrocco stuffs John Grant Jr. three times in Boston Cannons’ MLL Championship win (July 26, 2020)

Boston native and Cannons starting goalie Nick Marrocco made the most of his first title game, stopping 10 shots on the day, including stuffing John Grant Jr. on the doorstep on three different occasions. Josh Byrne scores a between-the-legs goal in PLL semi-finals (August 6, 2020)

The Chaos were able to make a magical run to the PLL Championship, thanks in large part to Josh Byrne’s efforts during the playoff rounds. Byrne left his mark on highlight reels every where when he scored an on-the-run, between-the-legs, one-handed goal that left Lax Twitter speechless.

The Chaos would eventually defeat the Archers and punch their ticket to the PLL Championship, but Byrne’s goal was all that anyone was talking about. During an intermission interview, Chaos LC Coach Andy Towers summed it up best with a video game reference fit for a video game-like goal.
