Top 10 Matchups on 2023 PLL Schedule

PLL Week 8: Whipsnakes vs. Chrome

Location: Baltimore, MD
Date: Saturday, August 5 at 5:30pm ET

Another matchup that could once again have seeding implications is the Whipsnakes vs. Chrome in Week 8. Last season, this game ended up determining first place in the standings and the Whips came out on top in a 9-8 contest. Despite the Whipsnakes winning last season, Chrome has historically played the Whipsnakes well, winning the two previous matchups 16-6 and 20-16.

It’s also fitting that this matchup will be played in Baltimore at a field more than dozen players from both teams frequented as members of the resident Johns Hopkins University and their local rivals Loyola and Maryland. Between the two teams, there are currently 19 combined former Blue Jays, Greyhounds and Terps (and potentially 22 if Jay Carlson, Bryan Cole and John Ranagan return to their respective clubs.) Expect Homewood Field to be rocking once again!
