Tucker Dordevic, Georgetown (Midfield/Attack)
Best Landing Spots: Whipsnakes, Archers, Cannons
The Whipsnakes midfield unit is all of a sudden a position of relative weakness. Outside of Brad Smith, head coach Jim Stagnitta hasn’t had consistent threats running out of the box. Georgetown’s Tucker Dordevic would fix that problem.
The former Syracuse star is one of the best offensive players in the country and has the physical tools to dominate as a professional midfielder. He also has the shooting range to complement PLL two-point king Mike Chanenchuk.
Archers could also look to add Dordevic to bolster their offensive depth chart. Like with McConvey, there’s not as much clear need given the current depth. However, with Marcus Holman gone and Matt Moore potentially shifting to attack, Dordevic could become a difference maker in Archers’ midfield.
Cannons could also use Dordevic’s dynamism out of the box. This is a bit more realistic than landing Handley, but it’ll still be difficult for the Cannons to grab the Oregonian attacker. If Dordevic falls to the second round, Brian Holman would surely have to consider adding the athletic midfielder.
