E35 / CJ Costabile: Transforming the LSM Position Through Versatility

This week we talk with CJ Costabile, long stick midfielder with the Chesapeake Bayhawks and former Duke University All-American. We discuss CJ’s time in the MLL including winning the 2019 MLL Championship, as well as recount one of the most historic moments in lacrosse: his faceoff win and game-winning goal in the opening seconds of overtime of the 2010 NCAA National Championship.

Additionally, we discuss what makes Annapolis such a great town to play in,  how CJ developed such a versatile skill set, and which stadium has been his favorite to play at during his career.
