Jake Carraway signs with Whipsnakes LC
I am a big Jake Carraway fan. I love the swag, attitude and the violence he shoots with. With the entrance of Chris Gray onto the Atlas starting attack line in 2022, we’ve most recently seen Carraway playing a role that doesn’t seem to fit his strengths and subsequently his bottom line production was waning. A change of scenery to Whipsnakes LC is what this doctor is ordering.
With Matt Rambo and Zed Williams as primary low initiators and Jay Carlson gobbling up the middle, Jake Carraway can utilize his instinctual knack for moving off ball, finding space, being in perfect position to shoot and scorching the back of the net. The “hit singles” play style plus the pieces already in place for Whipsnakes make this a match made in heaven. I will have my popcorn ready for the first Whips-Atlas Carraway revenge game.
