9 PLL Free Agency Moves We Want To See

Dominique Alexander signs with Waterdogs LC

The 2019 SSDM of the Year quietly finished last season tied for the league’s most caused turnovers by a SSDM with nine. Archers defensive midfielder Dominique Alexander is arguably the top SSDM available in free agency and given his likely higher price tag, could end up on a different squad if Archers opt to re-sign other SSDMs Latrell Harris and Mark McNeill and/or younger two-way middies Jeff Trainor and Tre Leclaire.

The Waterdogs captain and starting SSDM Steve DeNapoli recently retired and I think Alexander would be a great replacement for him. Matt Whitcher and Christian Scarpello, two other SSDMs from last year’s championship team, are free agents as well so the Dogs may already be in the market for another SSDM and Alexander would be an instant upgrade.
