Force a rookie to start

This one falls under the category of house rules. But to really test the scouting ability of your league, forcing every player to draft and start a member of this years rookie class could do the trick. Every week, each players team needs to start a rookie or they risk an automatic DQ for the week. Last year, valuable rookies were found from everywhere in the draft, but with a smaller rookie class this year a discerning eye for young talent is more important than ever with this rule.
